Case Study
EZD RP KUiP
Managing users, permissions, and structures can be a complex task for any organization. This case study explores the KUiP system, a streamlined solution designed to simplify and enhance control over user management and permission allocation while maintaining organizational structure efficiency.
Why We Start This Project & Goal
Goals
Why Was the Project Created?
The KUiP project arose from a pressing business need to address issues within the existing system. Admins and Superadmins faced significant challenges due to unclear messages, partially functional features, and frequent errors when using tools for building structures and managing user permissions. These inefficiencies led to confusion, reduced productivity, and increased frustration. The project aimed to resolve these pain points by creating a more intuitive, reliable, and efficient system that aligns with user expectations and supports organizational goals.

User Persona
To complete the project, we tried to get some surveys from users about their current experience. Their characteristics and the main insights we got are based on the survey results.
Empathy Map
Empathy map is a collaborative tool teams can use to gain a deeper insight into their customers. Empathy map an represent a group of users, such as customer segment.
